Free returns
Returns are FREE for all fashion and home items sold and shipped by La Redoute for 30 days.
For small items in fashion, linen, decoration and household appliances
You can return your items free of charge at the point of collection. Your refund will be made within 14 days, on the original payment method.

You can also make your return at your expense by Post:
Return your package to the following address
La Redoute Quai 30 – 30 rue de Chardonnet – 59150 Wattrelos
Remember to insert your invoice inside the package. Without it, we will not be able to process the refund.
Due to postal and processing delays, your refund will be triggered within approximately 3 weeks.
